Another band I've been sure to spin is Kinch from Arizona - healthy but uniquely dark indie rock and they're even giving away their EP, The Economic Chastisement, for free on myspace. I think this band could really catch on - please give them a chance

This band: Kinch. I'm not really sure how to describe them quite yet - piano rock, flowing guitars and very floaty transitions, but it's solid and interesting indie rock and it's best. Some of that bittersweetness that just gets me. Their The Economic Chastisement EP is up for free download. And I believe they just got off tour with Dear and The Headlights. So yeah, they're cool.
